Mint is one common and all-time favorite flavor for a lot of people. That is the reason we came up with a recipe for all those people, chocolate chip fudge with mint in the middle. Let’s see what you will require for the recipe.


▖ 2 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips, divided

▖ 1 14 Oz can sweetened condensed milk, divided

▖ 1 and 1/2 cups white chocolate baking chips

▖ 1 teaspoon peppermint extract (or more, go by your taste preference)

▖ 2 drops green food coloring

▖ 1 teaspoon canola or vegetable oil

▖ 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


▖ In an 8*8 baking pan, put parchment paper and grease it.

▖ In a small saucepan, melt 1.5 cups chocolate chips with ¾ cup condensed milk. Then pour it into the baking pan and let it cool.

▖ In another saucepan, melt the white chocolate baking chips with the remaining condensed milk. Stir well. Remove it from the heat and add food coloring and peppermint extract. Spread this mixture over the chilled chocolate layer. Chill of 5-10 minutes as you make the final layer.

▖ Melt the remaining chocolate chips with 1tsp oil in the microwave. Stir until completely smooth. Spread over the chilled mint layer and top with mini chocolate chips.

▖ Refrigerate this for 2 hours before the fudge is ready and set.

▖ Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
