DISHWASHER

YES, you can put it in a dishwasher. Roll them and keep it on the top shelf of the dishwasher and get it on as a normal wash cycle. They’ll become significantly less oily or completely oil-free. If this doesn’t work, try these other following methods.

LEMON JUICE

Soak the mat in hot water with drops of lemon juice in it for 10 minutes. Wearing kitchen gloves scrub it with a towel or sponge and then dry them on the racks.

BAKING SODA

wet the silicon mats with hot water and sprinkle baking soda. Wearing a kitchen glove, scrub it forming a lather. Leave the paste on it for 20 minutes and then wash it with hot water.

EXTREMELY HOT WATER & GREASE-FIGHTING DISH SOAP

Soak mats in extremely hot water with a few squirts of grease-fighting or heavy duty dish soap for 20 minutes. The water should be piping hot and not warm. Wearing kitchen gloves, scrub well so that the stains don’t remain.
